Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ourvaluables.com.

Cancellation requests can be accommodated only before an order has shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed before shipment.

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, any payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method.
